2. Data we collect
Through this website's contact form we collect the data the user voluntarily provides: name, company or sector, email address, and a description of what they want to improve. The chat assistant may likewise collect name, email, and area of interest if the user chooses to share them.
We do not collect browsing data, tracking cookies, or additional information without explicit consent.
3. Purpose of processing
The data provided is used exclusively to:
- Respond to the user's contact request.
- Send information about the requested service.
- Manage the business relationship arising from that contact.
We do not use the data to send unsolicited advertising, and we do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the user's consent, given when submitting the contact form (art. 6.1.a of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).
5. Data retention
Data is retained for as long as necessary to manage the business relationship and, once it ends, for the applicable legal periods. In the absence of a business relationship, data is deleted within a maximum of 12 months from collection.

The user may exercise the following rights against the controller at any time, by writing to future@smartintelia.com:
- Access to their personal data.
- Rectification of inaccurate data.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten").
- Restriction of processing.
- Data portability.
- Objection to processing.
- Withdrawal of consent, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
If you believe the processing of your data breaches applicable regulations, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or accidental destruction.
